Happy Anniversary!

I know that's a weird title for my first post, but hear me out.  Today is my 5th wedding anniversary to my almost perfect husband. I love him more than he will ever realize, but he is kind of the inspiration for the title of my blog. When we met I was a single mom of a very adorable almost 3 year old daughter. I had just graduated college a year earlier, at the age of 27 and was in the process of buying my first home. He was living at home, had a good job, had money in his pocket, bank, and retirement. See where this is going? His "perfection", my chaos....somehow we have made it work 8 year later, 5 years of marriage.

This is what I will be blabbing about on this blog...all the perfect things I planned for my life, and the utter, although wonderful, CHAOS it ends up to be! If you long to be perfect....perfect mom, perfect wife, perfect money saver, party planner, hostess, crafty, home maker, gardener, whatever you want to be....This IS NOT the blog for you! If, however, you want to find out how to survive TRYING to be perfect, then I can help or at least listen....
